I can't believe Jarom is another year older. We celebrated his birthday by going out in the snowstorm to see Tron. Our electricity went out about 2 minutes after Meagan put Jarom's birthday cake in the oven, so we took it back out again and put it in the fridge. With the electricity out, we were kind of glad we were leaving!
Donavon and David S went with us to the movie. We ended up seeing it in 3-D, which David V and I don't like. I fell asleep part way through. Hmmm... guess it's just not my kind of movie, and the 3-D didn't help. Maybe if I didn't already wear glasses it wouldn't be so bad. The kids seemed to like it, though, so I guess that's the main thing.
After the movie we came home and, yay, the electricity was back on. David, Meagan and I threw together all sorts of stuff for nachos and we ate. We have yet to frost the cake. I think everyone was so full with nachos, we didn't really care.
