I am at home right now. Cameron is currently taking the ACT. The rest of the family + Brianna & Katelyn are on their way to the Scottish Festival. I made them take rain ponchos just in case. There's a 70% chance of rain in Lehi today.
When Cameron gets done with the ACT at 1:00, we'll decide if we're going to join the rest of the family at the Scottish Festival or go out to lunch somewhere. I'm going to miss massed bands and the caber toss. *sniff* so sad... I guess there's always next year.
Am I too nice? Maybe I should have had Cameron drive himself to the ACT and back home? He didn't sign up early enough to take the April ACT, so he's missing the Scottish Festival. And so am I.
I'm logging off the computer now and I'm going to do an hour of yoga. :)

If it makes you feel any better, we didn't go either. I have had consistently bad experiences over the last three years...not because of the festival, but they seemed to happen at the same time!
Like the first year with Ray's job, and the next year with record heat and no air conditioning and no microphones. And then last year was the sopping wet rain and costumes, our act getting cancelled and our driver's side mirror getting torn off. UGH! I thought we could use a break for this year, especially since it was raining and windy and cold. Next year!
Actually, the Scottish Festival was kind of fun. We were better prepared this year and took a bunch of rain ponchos. At least it didn't rain as bad as last year. Cameron and I only ended up being there about 3 hours, but we got our yearly dose of bagpipes, caber toss and sheaf toss.
Hopefully next year you can go to the Scottish Festival and enjoy it!
