Amber and I have been spending lots of time doing Algebra lately. I think she's starting to understand it better.
It's really fun doing Algebra with Amber. She reminds me of Holly. Every chance she gets, she ducks into the bathroom or finds something else - anything else - to do. She does better when I sit at the table with her and talk her through problems.
One of these days, she's going to understand Algebra. Or at least be able to pass the class with a C!

Amber is lucky to have a mom with a math brain. I'm still in the dark on most of that subject.
I'm glad she has a mom with a math brain and not a meth brain. :)
I hardly ever use math anymore, it's kinda sad. I think I kinda miss it.
Mom - David and Amber thought my last comment sounded like I thought you had meth brain. That's not it at all! It's just when I read "math brain" the first thing that popped into my mind was "meth brain."
I know that even though math may not be your forte, you are very smart. How would I have gotten through English without you? Who would have taught me about budgeting and saving money and nutrition and lots of other things if it weren't for you? I'm glad I have a very intelligent Mom! <3
Thank you for your good words. How would I have ever learned about cake decorating, children who get all A's, art history (which I typed and enjoyed learning about it), blue ribbon bread at the state fair and etc. You kids grew up so fast--I can't believe how fast. I think I may have a strained brain. Did you know that a sultan with a harem was told what to do by his mother? She made the rules and appointments and he had to do what she said.
